Pre-fermentation maceration at 10-12 degrees Celsius for 7-10 days in stainless steel tank with cooling sleeves. Alcoholic fermentation at maximum temperature 25 degrees Celsius for 14-16 days. With gentle pressing and special malolactic fermentation.


Appearance: Cherry red colour with violet hues on the rim and a medium-high robe. Nose: Fruity, and liquorice intensity aroma. Palate: Pleasant and fresh with a hint of acidity. Complex finish with fruity sensations and elegant structure.
